1. Service Agreements

By using the CrystalGuard platform to request a quote or book a service, you agree to these terms. Our "Instant Quote" is an estimate based on information provided by the user. Final pricing is subject to a visual inspection by a certified CrystalGuard technician on-site.

2. Inspection & Quote Verification

Free on-site inspections are provided to verify the scope of work. If the actual count of vents, systems, or square footage differs from the online request, the technician will provide an updated binding quote before any work commences. You are under no obligation to proceed until the on-site quote is signed.

3. Cancellation Policy

We value our technicians' time. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide notice may result in a rescheduling fee at our discretion.

4. Limited Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property during the air duct cleaning process, CrystalGuard is not responsible for damage to existing non-standard or fragile ductwork that is compromised due to age or improper installation. We are fully insured for standard operational errors.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from our services shall be handled in the appropriate courts within the Los Angeles County jurisdiction.

6. Changes to Terms

CrystalGuard reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
